Marcel Vietor is a member of the Commercial Agreements practice area. He advises national and international companies in issues of purchasing, quality management, distribution (e-commerce, commercial agency, dealership and franchising systems) and liability, specialising in contracts and the representation of clients in contentious matters.
Marcel studied business administration in Stuttgart and worked for a leading insurance company, where he focused on distribution. This was followed by law studies at Munich university. As a trainee lawyer Marcel worked for a renowned German commercial law firm and for an international commercial law firm in Seoul, South Korea. He was employed by an internationally operating enterprise before he joined Taylor Wessing in 2011.
Marcel wrote his diploma thesis on a financial services topic. His PhD project is concerned with the penal system.
Marcel, a native speaker of German, is fluent in English.
