Maraike Ruhe is a member of the Practice Area Corporate. Her main area of practice is advising and representing partnerships and companies in all aspects of corporate law. Furthermore, she accomplishes national and international transactions and restructurings.
Maraike Ruhe studied law at the Universities of Hamburg and Münster and passed her first German legal state exam in 2001. Afterwards she wrote her Ph.D. in a German and European sales law issue; the formal process is pending. During this time she worked for a law firm in Düsseldorf specialised in corporate and real estate law. After her second German legal state exam she joined the Düsseldorf office of Taylor Wessing in May 2007. In 2011 Maraike Ruhe was appointed specialist lawyer for general corporate and commercial law.
In addition to her native language German, Maraike Ruhe is fluent in English and speaks French as well.
