The main area of activity of Dr. Lilian Klewitz-Haas is general counselling of companies on corporate law and civil law issues, the implementation of M&A transactions and the restructuring of companies. Her advisory activity also comprises advice of trusteeships in connection with company reorganization projects, the preparation of contracts in general civil law and support in forensics. Her clients are amongst others national and international companies, especially medium-sized companies as well as start-ups and banks.
Dr. Klewitz-Haas studied at the universities of Heidelberg/Germany and Lausanne/Switzerland and passed the first and second state law exams in 1995 and 1997 after which she was awarded the doctor of law by the Freie Universität Berlin. After a training in San Francisco/USA Dr. Klewitz-Haas continued her professional career in international law firms in Munich.
Dr. Klewitz-Haas publishes professional articles on a regular base. She is amongst others the author of an article on auctions via Internet as well as of a corporate law contribution on what you have to know when buying a company, entitled "Wissen und Wissenmüssen beim Unternehmenskauf".
