Leila is an associate in our Corporate, Commercial and Financial department.
Leila has been in Dubai for nearly two years. Before joining Taylor Wessing, Leila has worked for a major French law firm in Dubai and Casablanca. Prior to relocating in Dubai, Leila practiced and qualified in Paris, where she specialized in business law.
Her practice covers corporate and corporate finance work, including private equity, cross border mergers and acquisitions, disposals, corporate reorganizations as well as general company and commercial law work.
Leila is a French qualified lawyer. She graduated from Paris La Sorbonne University in 2007 and holds a Masters in Management degree from ESCP-EAP, a French top ranked business school.
