Kristina Küster joined our firm in January 2002 and is member of the Practice Group Real Estate. She is licensed to practice as attorney by the Frankfurt/ Main Regional and Higher Regional Court and is accredited as Specialised Lawyer for Construction and Architects’ Law. The focus of her work is property law including private construction and architects’ law as well as commercial lease law.
Kristina Küster has notable experience in respect to the execution of construction projects. The advice she provides to her national and international clients concerns the design of property purchase agreements, the development and realisation of construction schemes as well as the exploitation and management of the investment object.
Kristina also has specific experience in supporting and acting for her clients in complex and intricate legal actions as well as out of court proceedings. Her clients appraise her high technical understanding.
Kristina Küster has long lasting experience with international clients. She has temporarily worked in a Belgian-French law firm in Brussels, an American law firm in New York City and in Taylor Wessing’s London office.
Kristina Küster graduated from Bayerische Julius-Maximilians-Universität in Würzburg and trained at the Schleswig-Holteinisches Oberlandesgericht.
Kristina speaks German, English and French.
She has been a member of the German-American Lawyers' Association since 1995.
