Konstantin's practice concentrates on corporate structuring, re-organisation and transactions. For many years he has been advising large and middle-sized firms and entrepreneurs in corporate matters including optimization of entire groups or the sale or purchase of companies. As a Tax Lawyer his experience also includes tax driven solutions for shareholdings, group structures or transactions.
Konstantin took the first legal state exams at the University of Munich in 1988. After a term in New York in 1990 he completed the second German legal state exam in Frankfurt in 1991. Konstantin joined Taylor Wessing in 1992. Since 1996 he is also a tax lawyer.
