Klaus Grossmann is a partner in Corporate group and specialises in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, in particular cross-border transactions, as well as joint ventures, private equity and venture capital.
Klaus Grossmann studied law in Cologne between 1980 and 1984. Following his Second State Examination in 1988 and completion of his doctorate he worked as a lawyer in Washington, D.C./USA until the end of 1990. His professional career in Germany began in 1990 at Wessing Berenberg-Gossler Zimmermann Lange, where he became a partner in 1997. He then moved to Clifford Chance, where he set up their Düsseldorf office. At the end of 2009 he returned to what is now Taylor Wessing.
Klaus Grossmann has made a number of contributions to the legal press. He is also co-author of a book on mezzanine financing.
