Katrin Kerschbaumer – Associate

Katrin Kerschbaumer's practice areas include corporate transactions and activities in connection with corporate successions and succession to property. Her expertise in corporate law ranges from the formation of enterprises to the advising of individual shareholders to corporate restructuring, acquisition and sales. In respect of succession, she advises clients in inheritance cases with a foreign relation and on tax-optimized property structuring and anticipated succession to property and company successions.

In 2002 Katrin Kerschbaumer passed the first legal state examination in Munich. Afterwards she worked for both our Munich and our London office as a trainee lawyer. Following her second legal state exam in 2004 Katrin Kerschbaumer worked for another leading international law firm in Munich in 2005 before she joined Taylor Wessing in 2006.
