Dr. Kathrin Monen is a member of the Practice Area Corporate. In particular, she advises corporations and partnerships as well as their shareholders and managers. Furthermore, she is involved in cross-border transactions.
Dr. Kathrin Monen studied law at the University of Düsseldorf and passed her legal state examinations in 2003 and 2008. Before her legal training, she was awarded a PhD in law and acquired a LL.M-degree (Master of Law) in European Business Law. In 2009, Dr. Kathrin Monen worked with a leading law firm in Düsseldorf. She joined the Düsseldorf office of Taylor Wessing in January 2010.
Dr. Kathrin Monen, a native German speaker, is fluent in English and has good knowledge of French, Spanish and Dutch.
