Dr. Kai Greve – Partner

Kai Greve is a certified tax lawyer with a practice focus on tax and corporate law as well as on white collar crime. He advises enterprises and managers in relation to optimising organisational structures, corporate reorganisation, succession and tax related issues of inheritance. Furthermore, Kai Greve represents and defends companies and individuals in corporate and tax law disputes as well as in white collar criminal proceedings.

After studying Business Economics and Law at the Universities of Cologne and Hamburg, Kai Greve started working as a lawyer in Hamburg in 1988. Alongside his studies between 1976 and 1985, he worked as a computer specialist with IBM and other companies. He published his Doctorate in 1987.

Kai Greve regularly publishes articles and is the co-author of a commentary regarding reorganisations and a legal compendium dealing with issues of succession in enterprises.

He is a native German speaker and fluent in English and Danish.
