Dr. Kai Greve – Partner

Kai Greve is a certified tax lawyer with a practice focus on tax and corporate law as well as on white collar crime. He advises enterprises and managers in relation to optimising organizational structures, corporate reorganization/conversion and succession. A further area of expertise of his is the legal tax treatment of real estate transaction. Furthermore, Kai Greve represents and defends companies and individuals in white collar criminal proceedings as well as in corporate and tax law disputes.

After studying Business Economics and Law at the Universities of Cologne and Hamburg, Kai Greve started working as a lawyer in Hamburg in 1988. Alongside his studies between 1976 and 1985, he worked as a computer specialist with IBM and other companies. He published his Doctorate in 1987.

Kai Greve regularly publishes articles and is co-author of a commentary regarding conversions (German Reorganization Act and German Reorganization Tax Act), another commentary regarding the German Reorganization Tax Act, a legal compendium dealing with issues of succession in enterprises. and a commentary regarding the German Medical Preparations Act.

He is a native German speaker and fluent in English and Danish.
