Johannes concentrates on Corporate and Real Estate. He advises national and international companies in respect of structuring and implementation of transactions. His practice focuses on M&A transactions as well as on corporate real estate transactions, including acquisition and sale of portfolios and single properties. Johannes also advises investors and their project companies with respect to project developments.
Johannes studied German and French Law in Potsdam and Paris and received the Licence en droit from the University Paris X / Nanterre in 2001. He completed his requisite legal training inter alia with the German Antitrust Office for Media markets. He also worked as an advisor for a Corporate Law firm. Johannes completed his first and second legal state examination in Berlin and joined Taylor Wessing in summer 2007. He is admitted to the German bar.
