Johannes is specialised in real estate and corporate law. He advises national and international companies, mainly investors and open property funds, on selling and purchasing real property via asset deals (single properties and portfolio transactions) as well as share deals (mergers & acquisitions). Furthermore, he advises on all aspects of commercial leases and general property law matters.
Johannes studied German and French Law at the Universities of Potsdam and Paris X / Nanterre. He completed his requisite legal training in Berlin where he worked as an advisor for a Corporate Law firm. Johannes is admitted to the German bar since 2007 and joined Taylor Wessing in summer 2007.
