Jessica Hanke is a member of the Practice Group Real Estate. She focuses on real estate law, especially commercial tenancy law and property transactions, and also acts for real estate funds in the assertion of claims. Additionally, she advises on all questions of Civil and Distribution Law. Besides litigation, she concentrates on drafting contracts including general terms and conditions as well as structuring of distribution systems.
Jessica was born in 1977. Subsequent to her school education in Atlanta (USA) a.o. she studied law at the University of Bonn and passed the two German legal state examinations in Duesseldorf in 2001 und 2005. She did her doctorate on warranties on sale of goods in 2007. Jessica Hanke joined Taylor Wessing in 2006.
Jessica is co-author of a handbook on legal forms for contract lawyers and a Commentary on the German Civil Law.
In addition to her native language German, she is fluent in English and speaks French as well.
