Jérôme has a wide experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring of groups of companies, some of which are listed. He regularly advises venture capital investment funds and start ups in their fund raising and equity financing transactions. He has notably been involved in numerous IPO’s of foreign companies on the Alternext Market of NYSE Euronext Paris.
Jérôme graduated from the Sciences Po (IEP of Paris), and holds a Masters II in private law (Paris I Sorbonne) and a Masters in International Tax (Paris II Panthéon-Assas). He has been registered with the Paris Bar since May 2002. He worked for an American law firm before joining Taylor Wessing France in 2006.
