Head of Corporate (Brussels)
Jeroen is a partner in the Brussels office who joined Taylor Wessing in 2006.
He heads the Brussels office Corporate Department and specialises in corporate, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, structured and leveraged finance with a particular emphasis on management buy outs and acquisition finance.
He has been involved in a significant number of important private equity transactions in Belgium in the recent past.
Jeroen studied law in Leuven. He obtained a DESS in business law at the Brussels University (Université Libre de Bruxelles) and an LL.M. in banking and finance at University College London.
After completing his LL.M., Jeroen worked for Baker & McKenzie Moscow and Brussels and for Ashurst in Brussels.
He is a member of the Brussels bar.
