Jeremy is a consultant in our Dubai office, with over five years of corporate and commercial experience in the Middle East. Jeremy has been advising on international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, franchises and other commercial transactions for more than twenty years.

He has advised on privatized infrastructure development projects, including transportation and water, and the World Bank on the creation of a national privatization regulatory framework in Bangladesh. His Middle East experience has centered on advising private and public sector clients in property development, construction, trading, facilities management and security services.
