Jayne is a partner in the Corporate department and specialises in corporate finance and corporate real estate transactions. She acts for public and private companies in relation to securities work and advises both financial institutions and private investors involved in corporate real estate transactions. She also advises on mergers and acquisitions and joint venture and partnership arrangements.
Jayne is a law graduate from Nottingham University and completed her legal training at Nottingham Law School before joining the firm as a trainee in 1994.
