Head of Trade Marks (UK)

Jason is a partner in the Intellectual Property department, and is UK Head of Trade Marks.

Jason is experienced in all aspects of intellectual property, with particular emphasis on trade marks, domain names, copyright/designs and information technology litigation.  He advises a number of well-known brand companies on their trade mark portfolios, and regularly handles trade mark and copyright/design disputes for clients.  His cases have included acting for PepsiCo in a trade mark and copyright claim against French Connection.

Jason is on the panel of appointed experts to make decisions on UK domain name disputes, and has considerable experience of advising clients in this area. 

Jason also sits on the Community Trade Mark Office committee of the International Trademark Association.  He has, in the past, been listed as an IP expert in Legal Experts, and named as highly regarded for IP law in the Legal 500.
