Jan Wunschel was born in Munich in 1960. After law studies in Munich he was admitted to the Bar in Munich in 1991.
His main areas of practice are real estate and private building laws with a special emphasis on out-of-court and in-court representation of initiators, investors, distribution companies and also banks in relation to closed-end real estate funds.
As well as this, Jan Wunschel handles the legal problems relating to corporate law in these areas (controversies between shareholders, etc.), especially by prosecuting and defending causes in courts.
