Jan Riebeling has been a member of our corporate department since 2004. Jan focuses on German and international contract drafting, corporate restructurings and mergers and acquisitions.
Jan studied Law at the Christian-Albrechts-University of Kiel und the University of Surrey in Guildford. After successfully completing his Second State Exam in 2003, Jan worked on his doctorial thesis relating to the impact of information technologies on bankruptcy proceedings. Additionally, Jan worked for a world-wide law firm in the fields of Corporate and M&A.
Jan, a native speaker in German, is fluent in English.
