Ingo Vinck is a member of our China Group. He advises German and international enterprises with respect to their business activities and investment projects in China. He specialises in contract law and corporate law, with a particular focus on direct investment and the formation of companies in China (joint venture companies and wholly foreign-owned enterprises), corporate restructuring, M&A, real estate and technology transfer. Ingo Vinck has lectured and published in the area of Chinese foreign-exchange law, contract law and IP in China. He is a regular speaker on Chinese law.
Ingo Vinck received his education in law at Ruhr-Universität Bochum and studied at Tongji University in Shanghai/People’s Republic of China and at University of Oviedo in North Spain. Early in his career he was an Interpreter for Chinese and accompanied German merchants during their business trips to China. Before joining Taylor Wessing, he worked as a consultant for one of the leading German consultancies in the field of procurement and distribution in China. Ingo Vinck was admitted to the German bar in 2008.
