Ingo Gerdes, LL.M. – Partner

Ingo Gerdes concentrates on litigation and dispute resolution relating to insolvency law. He represents insolvency administrators as well as companies and sole proprietors in the context of insolvency proceedings. His area of expertise includes the liability of directors and officers as well as restructuring matters.

After passing his second legal state exam in Trier 2002, Ingo Gerdes obtained a Master of Laws degree in autumn 2003 from the University of Cologne. During his Masters studies he focussed on business economics, corporate and insolvency law. Ingo Gerdes was admitted to the Düsseldorf Bar at the end of 2003.
