Horst Richard is specialised in Building and Industrial Tenancies. He represents both, national and international clients in the negotiation of contracts and before the German Regional Courts, and the Courts of Appeal.
In 2004 and 2006 Horst Richard passed the two German legal state examinations. Subsequently he worked during his legal training for a law-firm in Cologne concentrating on commercial law and for one of the major real estate companies in North Rhine-Westphalia.
Horst Richard, a native German speaker, is fluent in English and French, and has a basic knowledge of Spanish.
