Helene Wagner – Associate

Helene Wagner joined the firm's Frankfurt Office as associate in 2007. She is a member of the Practice Department Real Estate.

Helene Wagner specialises in public law. She advises German and international clients especially in the field of public administrative law and corresponding aspects of commercial real estate law. Helene Wagner advises primarily in corporate real estate transactions, mergers and acquisition with regard to environmental law and public construction law.

Helene Wagner studied in Mainz and Paris. In 2001 she received a bachelor degree in French law ("Licence en droit") at the University of Paris XII and in 2005 a master degree in comparative law („Magister des deutschen und ausländischen Rechts“, Mag. iur.).

She took the German state examinations in 2004 and 2006.

Helene Wagner received her legal traineeship at the GermanUniversity of Administrative Sciences, the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, France and in law firms in Frankfurt/Main and Washington, D.C., USA.

Helene Wagner, a native German speaker, is fluent in English and French.
