Helene Kämpfer is a member of the Practice Area Environmental, Planning & Regulatory.
She advises German and international clients in the field of public administrative law. Helene Wagner specialises in providing legal advice on Property Development Projects concerning planning and public construction law, in particular Hotels. Beyond that, she advises primarily in corporate real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions (chemical industry etc.) with regard to environmental law, especially concerning legal risks due to on-site contamination and environmental compliance requests (emissions, water protection, waste etc.).
Helene Kämpfer studied in Mainz (Germany) and Paris. In addition to the two German legal state examinations, she obtained a Bachelors degree in French law ("Licence en droit") and a Masters degree in Comparative Law ("Magister des deutschen und ausländischen Rechts“, Mag. iur.).
She is member of two German-French Associations (Deutsch-Französische Juristenvereinigung – DFJ, Club des Affaires de la Hesse)
