Hélène deals with the various employment and social security law issues, in a national as well as international environment. She acts primarily for German groups with interest in France, but also often for Anglo-Saxon clients. Her practice is particularly focused on international employments contracts, managing directors' status, restructuring operations, transfers of business, redundancy procedures and social plans as well as negotiation of settlement agreements for high executives.
After a joint curriculum in French and German law at the ParisX-NanterreUniversity, a LL.M. (Magister Legum) at the MünsterUniversity in Germany and a Business Law Master (D.J.C.E.) in Strasbourg, Hélène joined the Bar in 1997. She worked as from this date as employment and social security lawyer within the German Desk of successively 2 of the "Big 4". Since 2004, she has been pursuing her activity with Taylor Wessing.
