Heinrich Stallknecht is a member of our Corporate Practice Department and our Information Technology Group.
Heinrich Stallknecht was born in 1958. After studying Finance and Tax Administration (1977 – 1980) at the University Nordkirchen he studied Law and Economics at the University of Bochum (1980 - 1986). In 1991, he wrote his Doctorate with his thesis on Tax Law. He was admitted to the Bar in 1989. Since 1991, he has been working with the Corporate and Commercial Law Department of the Dusseldorf office of Taylor Wessing. He has been a partner since 1993. He has been a member of Taylor Wessing's management board (since March 2001) and of the International Management Board (since September 2002).
