Hanna L. Schweiss, Mag. iur. – Senior Associate

Hanna L. Schweiss is a member of the Practice Area Commercial Agreements in the Frankfurt Office of Taylor Wessing. Her work is concentrated on litigation in the areas of banking and insolvency law, as well as the law of loan securities and enforcement.

Hanna L. Schweiss studied law in Mainz and Paris where she finished her studies obtaining the title „Maîtrise en Droit Européen“. In 2004 she received a master degree in comparative law „Magister des deutschen und ausländischen Rechts (Mag.iur.) “ and passed in 2003 and 2005 the two German legal state examinations. In the course of her legal traineeship Hanna L. Schweiss worked, inter alia, for a law firm in Toronto/ Canada and for the Permanent Delegation to UNESCO in Paris.

Hanna L. Schweiss, a native German speaker, is fluent in English and French.
