Dr. Gregor Staechelin – Partner

Gregor Staechelin specialises in advising medium sized German and international companies in the general field of Business Law, especially in distribution, supporting his clients on a preventive basis and in legal conflicts including arbitration and litigation. Along with that he specialises in the filed of transport and logistics. He concentrates on the area of linking commerce and employment, advising on restructuring, development of the German market for foreign companies, different forms of distribution and their respective employment implementation. He adds advice regarding transport and logistics to the distributional aspects. He is instructed by technology focussed manufacturing or distributing clients, as well as by service providers.

Gregor Staechelin was educated until 1984 in a bilingual German-French-School. After his Law studies in Frankfurt, he was a scientific research assistant at FrankfurtUniversity until 1996 and he wrote his Doctorate in 1997. Gregor joined the Frankfurt office of Taylor Wessing in 1999.

Gregor Staechelin is a member of the transport and logistics section of the German Lawyers Association and of the German Association for Transport Law. He speaks English and French.
