Grazyna Kuźma, legal advisor, is a partner of the real estate practice group. She practiced as a lawyer and senior lawyer in major international law firms in Warsaw advising mostly international clients. She specialises in real estate transactions, project finance, and asset management for commercial premises, shopping centres and logistic parks. Grażyna, also provides advice on the investment process and spatial planning and development. Among her clients are banks, construction companies as well as investment funds and developers. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań. She is also a legal expert of Batory Foundation. Grazyna is a native Polish speaker, speaks also English and German.
