Graham is a partner in the Finance group who concentrates his practice in asset-based finance, cross-border lending and structured finance. He is familiar with the secured lending and receivables finance regimes in the main European jurisdictions where he has worked on a number of structured asset-based facilities, often for US financial institutions. He has also acted for bank syndicates, as well as for the management and providers of private equity, on a wide range of acquisition finance transactions including take-privates.
Graham is listed in Legal Experts 2008 in his field, Bank Lending. His publications include:
