Franziska Lenz is Associate at Taylor Wessing’s Frankfurt office and member of the Practice Area Tax. She advises national and international businesses on general tax law. A particular focus of her practice is the advice on domestic and cross-border investments by foreign investors and on restructurings.
After her professional training as a bank clerk Franziska studied law in Hamburg and Lausanne. After her first legal state exam she received a doctor’s degree from the University of Hamburg. She passed her second legal state exam in Lower Saxony. In 2007, Franziska started her professional lawyer’s career in the area of tax law at an international law firm in Frankfurt/Main law before joining Taylor Wessing in May 2009.
Franziska, a German native speaker, is fluent in English and has good French language skills.
