Franz is member of the Practice Area Corporate. Within the firm’s Equity Capital Markets department he advises companies on the law relating to corporations, on the law concerning corporate groups and in capital market matters. Amongst others, he focuses on the advice of listed companies on compliance issues.
Franz Weinberger has studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich. In the years 2006 and 2008 he passed his legal state exams in Munich. During his internship he worked for several law firms in Munich and Sydney. Franz wrote a dissertation on Alliancing Contracts in the German legal system.
Franz, a native German speaker, is fluent in English and has a basic knowledge of Spanish.
