Franz Janssen – Partner

Franz is specialised in Building and Industrial Tenancy and Insurance Law. He is a specialist lawyer in Building Law including Architects and Engineer Law and in Insurance Law. He represents both national and international clients before the German Regional Courts and the Courts of Appeal. Furthermore, he negotiated contracts on behalf of his clients.

Franz studied at the University of Bonn and joined Taylor Wessing in 1991. He regularly publishes articles in professional journals, e. g. Insurance Magazine.

Franz is an arbitrator (SO-Bau) and vice-chairman of the admission board for specialist lawyers in Insurance Law of the bar association of Düsseldorf.
