Frank Walk – Partner

Frank Walk is member of the Practice Group Employment and specializes in advising national and international enterprises on all aspects of employment and service contracts, on collective labour law issues and labour law litigation. He advises companies on the cooperation and settlement of disputes with works councils as well as on corporate restructuring. His particular expertise extends to transaction-related transfers of business and due diligence reviews.

Frank Walk studied law at the University of Augsburg. There he worked at the department for Business and Employment Law as a scientific assistant and wrote his theses on a European Law subject. 2002 he joined the Munich office of Taylor Wessing and became member of the Practice Department Employment. Since 2004 Frank Walk is certified specialist for labour & employment law.

Frank Walk is a member of the Working Group Employment Law of the Deutscher Anwaltverein (DAV) and of the Human Recourses-Section of the International Bar Association (IBA). He has authored several publications dealing with issues of labour law and is a regular speaker at seminars focusing on labour & employment matters as well as lecturer at the MunichBusinessSchool.
