Frank Koch primarily oversees transactions in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Venture Capital. He represents national and international corporations, privately held middle-sized companies as well as blue chip companies and finance investors. The main focus of his practice is advising clients from the logistics, real estate, life science, and media and entertainment industry sectors. Included in this are clients from the sports sector, notably the marketing of rights in sportsmen and sports events. In addition to this, Frank Koch advises on issues arising in corporate law during privatisation of public companies as well as company succession.
In 1996 Frank Koch completed an internship at a US law firm in New York. He passed both German legal state exams in Hamburg in 1993 and 1996.
Frank, a native German speaker, is fluent in English.
