Florian von Götz specialises in corporate law and M & A. He advises national and international companies and entrepreneurs in all kinds of corporate matters ranging from the formation of joint ventures to the advising of individual shareholders to corporate restructuring and mergers and acquisitions as well as public offerings. In addition, he represents his clients in court.
Florian studied law and modern history in Freiburg, Madrid and Berlin. He completed his requisite legal training with the Foreign Office, with the Berlin office of a US-based international law firm and with an Argentine law firm in Buenos Aires. Florian was admitted to the German Bar in summer 2006. Since then he has been working for Taylor Wessing’s Berlin office.
Florian is a member of the German-Spanish Lawyers’ Association. He has published on German antitrust law.
Florian, a native German speaker, is also fluent in English and Spanish. He has some knowledge of French.
