Florian Steinhardt is Partner in the Frankfurt office of Taylor Wessing and member of the Practice Area Commercial Real Estate. Florian advises national and international clients in corporate transactions with a strong focus on large real estate transactions, particularly in the areas of retail and logistics. In addition, Florian advises on real estate financing, project developments and other real estate related issues.
Florian studied at Humboldt-University in Berlin and has worked as lawyer since 2001. Prior to joining Taylor Wessing in 2011, he has worked for a well-known US law firm. Florian publishes regularly in professional journals and is a co-author of one of the leading commentaries on the German Securities and Acquisition and Takeover Act.
Florian speaks German (native), English (fluent) and French.
