Eva Bodenbach is specialised in maritime and transport law. She represents a number of German and international shipowning companies and freight forwarders as well as marine underwriters and has extensive experience in ship financing.
Eva Bodenbach studied law at the universities of Heidelberg and Madrid. She passed her Legal State Exams in Heidelberg and Hamburg in 1998 and 2002. She completed her Doctorate on a subject of public international law. Her legal training included internships in international law firms in Moscow and St. Petersburg. She joined Taylor Wessing in 2002.
Eva Bodenbach is a member of the German Association for International Maritime Law and of the German Maritime Arbitration Association. She is a native German speaker and is fluent in English and Spanish.
