Elisabeth von Braunschweig practises in all areas of intellectual property and media law, with a focus on copyright, trademark and competition law. She advises and represents German and international clients in court and out-of-court disputes, advises on contracts and in transactions.
Elisabeth studied law at the universities of Heidelberg, Berlin and Kiel and for one year in Santiago de Chile. She passed the two legal state exams in 2003 and 2005. During her practical training in Dusseldorf, Elisabeth worked in the intellectual property departments of several law firms and in the legal department of a German television broadcaster. She joined the Munich office in mid-2006.
Elisabeth grew up in the US and is fluent in English and Spanish. She is a member of the German Association for Intellectual Property and Copyright Law (GRUR).
