Donata is a member of the “Commercial Agreements & Dispute Resolution” Practice Area. She provides legal advice and legal representation in court proceedings and dispute resolution to national and international companies on all aspects of commercial law, in particular in the area of distribution.
After studying law at the universities of Leipzig and Münster, Donata passed her first German legal state examination in 2007, followed by the second state examination in 2009. During her legal clerkship Donata focused on commercial law inter alia with stages at a leading electronics corporation and at a law firm in Hamburg. In 2010 she obtained a LL.M. degree from the University of Cape Town in South Africa with a specialisation on commercial law. She has been working as a lawyer at Taylor Wessing since 2011.
Donata is member of the German-South African Lawyers Association.
Donata is a native German speaker. She is fluent in English.
