Dirk advises clients with regard to corporate and tax law issues. His main areas of work are structuring of M&A-transactions, international tax law and stock corporation law.
He studied law in Munich and Paris and took his doctor of laws degree in international commercial law with Prof. Bruno Simma. He holds a special degree in tax law. Dirk joined our office in Munich in 1999.
He is a member of the International Fiscal Association and of the German Corporate Law Association. He is co-author of the manual "Mezzanine Finanzierungsinstrumente" (Erich Schmidt Verlag, 2004).
Dirk, a native German speaker, is fluent in English and French.
