Diana is a member of the Practice Area Patents / Pharma and the Industry Group Life Sciences & Healthcare in our Munich Office. Her scope of work includes the advice of national and international companies from the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices and food sectors in all queries which are relevant to place a medicinal product or health product on the European market. In addition, Diana advises on cross-border contractual projects, in particular on manufacturing and distribution agreements, research and development as well as licence agreements.
Diana studied laws in Marburg and Zurich. At the University of Marburg, she worked as a research assistant at the Chair for civil procedure law with areas of work in food law and pharmaceutical law. Beside her law studies, she passed an additional qualification in pharmaceutical law at the University of Marburg. During her legal traineeship, Diana already worked for a law firm specializing on food and pharmaceutical and in a Life Sciences team of an international law firm. Before joining Taylor Wessing in 2011 she spent one year at the Nottingham Trent University (UK).
In addition to her native German, she is fluent in English.
