Daniela is member of the Practice Area Patents/Pharma and the Industry Group Life Science & Healthcare. Her work for Taylor Wessing is concentrated on advising and representing national and international companies from the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices and food sectors on all questions regarding the marketing of food, medicinal and health products in the EU. In addition, Daniela advices on cross-border contractual projects, in particular on manufacturing and distribution agreements, research and development as well as licence agreements.
Daniela studied law in Regensburg and passed her first German law exam in 2009.
Alongside her practical training in Nürnberg she worked as Legal Consultant in the legal department of an international medical product manufacturer. She has worked at our law firm in Munich as a lawyer since July, 2011.
In addition to her native German, she is fluent in English.
