Daniel Olk is a member of the Practice Area Corporate and specialises in mergers and acquisitions and corporate law matters, including stock corporation and capital markets law. He particularly advises on private equity transactions, venture capital, joint ventures, MBOs and corporate restructurings, as well as on issues of commercial law.
Daniel completed his legal education at the University of Freiburg with a particular focus on U.S. law and graduated in 2009. He served his legal traineeship in Düsseldorf and passed the second state examination in 2012. His professional experience before joining the firm includes working with another leading international law firm and the legal department of a major German DAX-listed corporation in M&A and corporate law matters.
Daniel, a native German speaker, is fluent in English and has a basic knowledge of French.
