German citizen, graduated in Germany and France. Claudia joined PW in 91 as labour law expert specialized on Labour law consequences of international restructurings. She was admitted partner in 2001. In 02, Claudia was appointed as leader of Landwell Labour Law practice (80 people) and responsible of the Landwell German desk in France in charge for the development of German clients. She has joined Taylor Wessing in November 2003 and is responsible of the Taylor Wessing France Labour law department. She has a strong international network links specifically in Germany.
PhD in business law, Claudia is highly specialised in labour and employment law and social security aspects within national and international reorganisations.
Claudia is moreover highly specialised in Employees Benefit and Profit sharing Plans, Golden parachutes, and directors' compensations. Claudia has handled reorganisations of companies on labour law side, organising: Workers committees meetings and information / consultation process; Layout plans; Implementation of Work time Reduction ("35 hours").
