Christoph Brandenburg is specialized in public economic law/administrative law. His main practice area is the counselling of companies of the real estate branch on public building and planning laws and environmental law. He advises and assists investors, project developers and real estate owners at the purchase of real estate, in planning proceedings (regional planning, urban development planning, building permit) up to and including the conclusion of contracts frequently made with public authorities (urban development contracts, site development contracts, urban renewal agreements). Another main area of his activity is the counselling of companies on public media laws/law relating to radio broadcasting.
After law studies in Berlin and Regensburg Christoph Brandenburg began his professional career as lawyer in Munich in 1997 and was from 1999 to 2003 in-house lawyer of a large logistics group. In 2001 he received the doctor of law degree at the department for administrative law of Prof. Manssen in Regensburg. In 2003 he joined a large Munich law firm for business and commerce and became partner of our Munich office in 2006.
Christoph Brandenburg is lawyer specialized in administrative law and publishes on a regular basis articles on public law. He is co-editor and co-author of „Upmeier/Brandenburg, Das neue BauGB 2006“ (Werner-Verlag, 2007) and of „Brandenburg/Schwemer, Das Bayerische Kinderbildungs- und -betreuungsgesetz (Verlag Jehle, 2005). He is member of the „Gesellschaft für Umweltrecht“, the society for environmental law, and of the „Bundesvereinigung öffentliches Recht“, the German federal public law association.
