Dr. Christiane Hoerdemann-Napp is a Specialist Solicitor for Building and Architects Law and member of the Practice Group Real Estate. She is specialised in private building law and property law.
Her long term experience covers consultation with regard to building contracts, architect and engineer contracts as well as commercial tenancy contracts. Additionally, she deals with cases in the field of bank liability and bankruptcy law affairs.
Dr. Christiane Hoerdemann-Napp was admitted to the Düsseldorf Bar in 1982, thus she has gained substantial experience as a litigator with regard to all above legal fields.
She has been a partner in our firm from 1989 and is a member of the Legal Committee of the DIHK (Deutscher Industrie- und Handelskammertag, Berlin), and she is on the Board of the Volksbank Düsseldorf Neuss eG.
