Dr. Christian Traichel – Partner

Christian Traichel advises on all aspects of corporate law with a special focus on the law relating to corporations. His main areas of practice are national and cross-border M&A transactions and joint ventures as well as advice on company transformations and corporate groups. His clients include national and international enterprises, start-ups as well as leading major companies.

Christian Traichel studied in Germany and France and passed his two legal state exams in Munich in 1993 and 1995, respectively. He earned his doctor's degree in 1994 at the University of Munich with a thesis on the French law of civil procedure. Christian Traichel holds a special degree in tax law.

Christian Traichel regularly publishes specialist articles. He is a lecturer at the CDTM Institute of the Universities of Munich (LMU and TU) as well as at the Munich Business School. He is a member of the German Association of Corporate Law.
